| 摘 要： | 在我国,最近一段时间兴起了一股"舌尖"文化的热潮,这种文化现象可以用后现代主义背景下巴赫金的狂欢理论来阐释,"舌尖"文化的大众性、平民化以及对精英文化的颠覆性这三个特征正符合巴赫金的大众狂欢理论。
