| 摘 要： | 随着农村信用社逐步改制为农村商业银行,其能否通过跨区域发展达到更高的高度是十分值得探讨的。通过研究农村商业银行发展的现状,探讨小型农村商业银行发展过程中存在的问题。以某农村商业银行为例进行SWOT分析,进而对小型农村商业银行跨区域发展的可行性和利弊进行讨论,从而为其跨区域发展提出相应的策略。

| Abstract: | With the rural credit cooperatives gradually transformed into rural commercial banks,and its ability to inter-regional development to reach higher altitudes is very much worth exploring.This paper studies the background and current status of the development of rural commercial banks to discuss the problem of the small rural commercial banks in the development process.Example SWOT analysis of the feasibility and the advantages and disadvantages of the discussion turn inter-regional development of small rural commercial banks,rural commercial banks in Jiyuan its inter-regional development strategy. |
