高校英语教师跨文化交际能力的调查研究

摘    要:
高校英语教师的跨文化交际能力是困扰跨文化交际人才培养的重要因素,在英国学者Byram等的跨文化交际理论的指导下设计问卷,并以河南省高校英语教师为研究对象,调查教师跨文化交际能力现状,发现教师的跨文化交际能力不高。探讨影响教师跨文化交际能力的因素,指明提高教师跨文化交际能力的培训方向。

Abstract:
The level of cross-cultural communication competence of college English teacher is a main factor which influences the cultivation of talents with cross-cultural communication competence.Based on Byram's cross-cultural communication theory and other's,the way of questionnaire and interview is conducted to probe the situation of cross-cultural communication competence of college English teacher.We find their cross-cultural communication competence poor and further research the reasons for the situation,by the way,the study supplies a guideline for the cross-cultural communication competence improving.
