| 摘 要： | 掌握听、说、读、写等基本技能是英语学习的重要目标。而在各项技能形成过程中,学生的语音及语音能力起着重要的促进作用,而如何做好语音教学成了中学英语教师面临的一个课题。通过分析现行农村初中语音教学中影响农村初中生英语语音能力的各类因素,探讨如何在考试出题、老师培训和教材编写等环节克服不利因素的对策。

| Abstract: | Phonetic competence is important for the enhancement of students＇ listening,speaking,reading and writing competence.The quality of Phonetics teaching plays a decisive role in students＇ English competence in rural middle schools.This paper analyzes the factors affecting students＇ English phonetic competence and discusses the countermeasures to overcome these negative factors. |
