| 摘 要： | 党的十七大以及十七届四中全会提出推进发展党内民主,完善党的代表大会制度,在有条件的地区推行党代表监督制。江苏盐城在各县市率先试点党代表监督制,在实践中取得了一定的成果,较好地发挥了监督作用。

| Abstract: | The 17th and the Fourth Plenum of 17th National Congress of the CPC advocate developing inner-party democracy,perfecting Party representative congress system,and implementing CPC representative supervision system in qualified area.CPC representative supervision system has been implemented in 9 counties in Yancheng,Jiangsu province.This paper summarizes the achievements and existent problems in the practice,and analyzes the way to gradually perfect the mechanism. |
