知识型人才的管理策略

摘    要:从知识型人才的特点出发讨论了管理知识型人才的策略,认为要创造良好的环境便于其才能的实现,不断调整其工作岗位直至找到最适合的岗位,给予充分的尊重以满足其成就感,适当激励使其报酬与劳动成正比,采用适当的方式让其分享企业经营成果。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of knowledge talents,this paper puts forward strategies for knowledge talents management.A good environment should be created to bring their talents to full play.Their jobs should be constantly adjusted until they find the most suitable post,and knowledge talents need full respect to meet their fulfillment.Besides,talents' remuneration and labor should be in good proportion and they can share the achievement of the enterprises through appropriate ways.
