| 摘 要： | 警体越障训练是根据警察职业和警察身心素质的需要而开展起来的一种特殊的体育活动.在教学中,通过完善教学内容,丰富教学手段,全面发展学员速度、力量、灵敏素质,分阶段、有的放矢进行教学、训练,有效地提高了学员的基本身体素质,增强了越障能力. |

| Abstract: | The training of obstacle-surmounting in the police physical education is a kind of sport activity in accordance with the need of the police career and the physical and mental quality of the policemen. By means of perfecting teaching contents, enriching teaching methods, developing students'speed, strength, sensitivity and teaching and training in different stages with clear targets, both students' physical quality and obstacle-surmounting ability can be effectively improved. |
