| 摘 要： | 本文从社会学的角度出发,结合社会角色理论、社会组织理论和社会网络理论,对新时期的大学生党员角色进行了解读。在充分分析角色特点和成长背景的基础上,提出了在宏观、中观和微观三个不同层次上实践大学生党员角色的途径。

| Abstract: | Together with the knowledge of role theory,organizational theory and social network theory,this paper analyzes the roles of today's university Party members from a sociological perspective.After sufficient research on the members' role characteristics and their upbringing background,it tries to figure out the approaches through which that kind of roles can be carried out respectively in macro,middle range and micro level. |
