| 摘 要： | 推动高等教育内涵式发展,关键之一是教师,而高校教师人力资本开发则是促进教师成长发展和提高人才培养质量的有效途径.地方高校应该科学分析教师人力资本现状,与同类院校人力资本开发水平进行比较分析,结合实际制定地方高校教师人力资本开发战略措施,不断提升教师人力资本开发水平. |

| Abstract: | Teachers play a key role in promoting the connotative development of higher education,and the development of teachers as human capital in colleges is an effective way to promote the teachers’growth and the quality of talent training.In this case,local colleges should analyze scientifically the current situation of teachers’ human capital,compare the developmental research level of similar colleges,formulate actual strategic development measures,and promote the development level of this human capital constantly. |
