| 摘 要： | 信息文化可定义为：以现代信息技术的广泛应用为基础，以信息产业和知识产业为支柱，以信息和知识的生产、分配、传播、交流、使用为人们普遍的重要的活动内容，通过社会信息化过程引起人类生存方式全面变革而形成的信息时代的文化形态。可以从物质文化、行为文化、制度文化、精神文化四个层面来探讨信息文化的基本特征，这些特征对于信息时代先进文化的建设具有重要的影响。

| Abstract: | The information culture ean be defined as a kind of cultural form in the information age that is caused by the comprehensive transformation of human existent mode in the process of social informatization,h takes the wide application of modern information technology as its foundation,the information and knowledge industry as its backbone,and the production,distribution,diffusion,communication and application of information and knowledge as the important content of human activities.We may discuss the basic characteristics of information culture from the material culture,behavioral culture,system culture and spiritual culture,and these characteris- tics are of important influence on the construction of advanced culture in information age. |
