| 摘 要： | 法美学是法哲学的一个组成部分,它与法律科学与法律伦理学并存,与人的全面解放--"自由自觉的存在"同步,是对人的审美性存在的一种肯定.作为法学与美学的交叉学科,它是用生命美学的观点研究"法之美"的一种边缘学科,是一门能够独立出来的新兴学科,是一门体现人文关怀的人文学科.

| Abstract: | As a component of legal philosophy,Legal Aesthetics is in parallel with legal ethnics and isochronous with the emancipation of the human being: the care-free existence.It is an affirmation to the aestheticness of the human beings.As a cross-disciplinary subject,it is a kind of ephemeral discipline which studies the beauty of law with a view of life aesthetics.It is a discipline of humanity that may stand as an independent subject which embodies humanist care. |
