摘    要:英语学习者的听力水平已被认为是衡量其整体语言水平的一个标尺,但是,传统的英语听力教学模式是很难帮助学生提高听力水平的,这就要求现代的听力教师要在听力课中扮演多种角色,并发挥自身职能,努力帮助学习克服学习中的困难,提高听力能力。

Abstract:Listening level has been regarded as one of the ways to measure the language competence of the English learners. But,according to the traditional teaching method in English listening class.it is hard to help thd students improve their listening ability,Thus ,it is required that a listening teacher act as one with different character and function as a genuine modern teacher. In addition,the teachers should also try to help the srudents overcome their difficulties in listening and then improve their listening ability.
