完善我国中小企业信用担保体系的配套机制

在各国经济与社会发展中,中小企业既占有重要的位置,同时也面临着一系列问题。在我国,“融资难、担保难”成为制约中小企业发展的首要因素,建立和完善信用担保体系成为解决我国中小企业融资难问题的重要突破口,而在建立和完善信用担保体系的同时,应积极推进配套机制的改革,以更好的发展完善中小企业信用担保体系。可以从政府、银行、信用担保市场等方面完善我国中小企业信用担保体系的配套机制。

Study of Related Mechanism of Improving the Credit and Guarantee System of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

In the economy of various countries and social development,small and medium-sized enterprises have already occupied an important position though faced with a series of problems.In China,"financing and guarantee" are difficult,and they are the primary factor restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.Establishing a system of credit and guarantee becomes a breakthrough which may solve the problem of financing small and medium-sized enterprises.While establishing and improving the system of credit and guarantee,we should advance the reform of the related mechanism actively,and perfect the credit and guarantee system with better development.From the angles of the government,bank,and the market of credit and guarantee,this paper puts forward the suggestions concerning the related mechanism which may improve the credit and guarantee system of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country.
