| 摘 要： | 经济转轨、经济全球化和高技术产业化突出了中国企业家创新精神的重要性。文章通过分析熊彼特的理论,指出“创新”就是“企业家精神”。 而强化市场意识、培植风险意识、增进转换意识是培育企业家精神的三个重要方面,也是培养中国企业家创新精神的可能途径。

| Abstract: | The three trends of economical transformation, eco nomical globalization and high-tech industrialization reveal the importance of innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs. This essay analyzes Schumpeter's inn ovative theory.It reveals that innovation is entrepreneurial spirit, the fosteri ng of which need strengthen the awareness of the market,breed the sense of risk and enhance the concept of transformation.This is a possible way to promote the innovative spirit of Chinese entrepreneurs. |
