循环经济型城市评价指标体系及其实证研究

建设循环经济型城市是循环经济理论在社会层面的实践,它要求按照“减量化、再利用、资源化”的原则,以知识资本为内生力量,实现经济、社会、环境统一.因此从“3R”、知识资本、经济与社会发展、生态环境四个方面构建循环经济型城市的评价指标及评价方法已成为理论研究的前沿问题.它不仅反映了知识资本、资源与环境的关系,而且反映了“3R”、知识资本、技术创新在城市建设中的重要性.来自山东省17个地级市统计数据的演示运行结果也证实了这一点.

Evaluation Index System of Circular Economic Type of Cities and Practical Study

To construct a circular economic city is the practice on the societal level in circular economic theory.It requires the principle of "reduction,reuse and resource-orientation" and tries to realize the unity among economy,society and environment based on knowledge capital.To construct the evaluation index system and method from the perspective of "3R",knowledge capital,economic and social development and ecological environment is the frontier issue in theoretical field.It reflects the relation among knowledge capital,resource and environment as well as the important of "3R",knowledge capital and technical innovation in the urban construction.The data analysis collected from 17 cities of Shandong also proves this.
