民族地区发展对外经济贸易研究

民族地区传统的对外经济贸易战略和思路已不适应当今国内外经济发展的要求。应采取切实措施,加快民族地区对外经济贸易的发展:增强开放意识,认清对外经济贸易对区域经济发展和增长的影响;加快服务贸易的发展;加快引进外资和技术的步伐;区域开放与产业开放并举,以产业开放带动产业升级;加快对WTO相关规则和国际经济贸易发展环境的研究;进一步加强边境贸易与区域经济合作。

Research on the Development of Foreign Economic Trade in National Regions

The traditional foreign economic trade strategy and thought in national regions are no longer situable to the requirement of the internal and external economic development. We should take feasible measures to promote the foreign economic trade in national regions: strengthening the opening consciousness; recognizing the influences of foreign economic trade on the regional economic increase and development; accelerating the development of service trade; speeding up the pace to bring in foreign capital and technology; developing regional opening as well as industrial opening to promote industrial escalation; accelerating the research on the relevant regulations of WTO and the development environment of international economic trade; and strengthening furtherly frontier trade and regional economic cooperation.
