| Abstract: | There has been wide gap in the basic education scope between urban and rural areas, which has been caused by complex reasons but the crucial factor has been the difference in the level of economic development. To solve this problem, the starting point should be booming up rural economy gradually, so as to realize the healthy and uniformity in the development of basic education both in rural and in urban areas. |
