| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的提出对于新升本的地方院校的发展具有非常重要的意义。新时期新升本的地方院校应以科学发展观为指导,科学的构建学院的发展规划。要坚持以人为本的办学理念,准确的定位,注重学科建设,处理好规模与质量、教学与科研、短期发展与长期发展的关系,加强与地方的联系坚持特色发展。 |

| Abstract: | Views of scientific development means great to the development of newly-promoted colleges.In the new era,newly-promoted colleges should be guided by views of scientific development develop and construct the project of college development.With the theme human-centered,and accurate directed,the college should emphasize curriculum construction,manipulate the relation between scale and quality,teaching and research,short-term development and long-term development,so that the colleges develop with their own characteristics through the touch with the local. |
