| 摘 要： | 对共产党员的基本要求,是邓小平同志新时期党建理论的重要组成部分。本文着重论述了邓小平同志对共产党员政治上、思想上、道德上、纪律上以及在改革开放和发展社会主义市场经济的过程中所提出的基本要求,对于增强共产党员的先进性,增强拒腐防变的能力,做一名新世纪新阶段合格的共产党员有着十分重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | To carry out basic requirements of party members plays a vital role in theories of party's construction advanced by Deng Xiaoping in the new period. The essay throws much light on the basic requirements of party members put forward by Deng in ways of politics, thought, morality, discipline and in the course of reforming and opening-up in socialist market economy, which will be beneficial to strengthen the party's advancement, to be on guard against corruption and to be a qualified party member in the new period. |
