基于价值链的高职教学环节人才培养增值的研究

摘    要:价值链分析法是由美国哈佛商学院教授波特提出来并运用到企业管理中的一种管理方法。企业价值链管理目标的定位是从传统的企业利润最大化发展到了企业价值最大化,把视线转移到价值及其活动上,把管理目标锁定在价值链每个环节上。本文将价值链的分析方法移植到高职院校人才培养上,并把研究着眼点放在人才培养过程中的教学环节。力求以全新的视角来研究高职教育教学过程中,教学这一"加工"环节所产生的增值作用,以此角度提出人才培养过程的新思路。

Abstract:Value Chain Model,as a management method,was introduced and applied by Prof.Michael E.Porter in business school at Harvard University.The target location of value chain model has developed from traditional profit maximization to value maximization,focusing on value activities and every link of value chain.The essay,applying Value Chain Model on talent cultivation in higher vocational institutes and paying more attention on teaching link in the process of talent cultivation,tries to study the value added function created by teaching process with new perspective in higher vocational institutes and offers new thinking on talent cultivation from the new angle.
