| 摘 要： | 野生动物是自然生态环境中最活跃的部分，是自然生态系统的有机组成部分，是维系生态系统平衡的重要环节。保护、发展扣合理利用野生动物资源，对于维护生态平衡，改善自然环境，促进社会经济持续、稳定发展意义重大。虽然我国1988年我国通过《野生动物保护法》，并于2004年进行了修改，但是野生动物保护依然是我国生物多样性保护的薄弱环节，因此有必要进一步完善相关法律制度。

| Abstract: | Wild Animals are the most active part of the natural ecosystems, the organic component of the ecosystem, which maintain an important link in the eco -balance. It is great significance to protection, development and rational utilization of wild animals＇ resources for maintenance of eco - balance and improving the natural environment and promoting sustainable socio - economic, development and stability.
