从我国已成为世界工厂之说论中国制造业再造

目前世界各国都认为我国真的在成为全球制造中心。这仅是看到我们制造业产品的数量,并没有注意到我们的产品在质量和档次上同发达国家的差距。而且我国制造业大量是来料加工,突出表现在电子工业,许多产品的核心技术和知识产权并不掌握在我们手里,因此附加值很低。我国已开始了向制造业大国的起步,但离制造业强国的距离还相当长。只有努力对我国制造业实施再造,这才是我国工业化面临的基本任务。

On the Reconstruction of China Manufacture Industry

At present,it is widely regarded that China has really become the center of manufacture in the world.However,it just focuses on the amount of the products,and neglects the quality distance between products made in China and those in developed countries.Moreover,most of manufacturing in our country just produces material,especially in the electron industry.The critical technology and the knowledge property right are not controlled,so the product profit is small.Although we made the first step to become a manufacture country,there is much work to do to become a power country in manufacturing.It is our principal task to reconstruct our manufacturing.
