| 摘 要： | 在发达国家电视动漫产业的冲击下，中国电视动漫产业的发展趋势相对缓慢。中国电视动漫产业作为文化产业的主要组成部分，与电视其他文化事业相比明显滞后。因此，我国电视动漫产业必须转轨变型，锐意创新，借鉴国外先进的电视动漫创作技巧和表现形式；政府应当为电视动漫产业提供政策支持和法律保障，鼓励社会各种组织机构或个人为动漫产业投资，并逐步完善电视动漫产业链条，净化市场环境，促进电视动漫产业叉好又快发展，以满足广大公众对电视动漫产业的需求。
