| 摘 要： | 在自主学习模式下，教师的角色应重新定位。结合我国大学生英语学习的现状，大学英语教师需超越其传统的角色，成为学生自主学习的引导者、组织者、合作者、管理者以及评估者等。学校和教师应积极提供学生发展自主学习能力的条件。

| Abstract: | In autonomous learning environment the role of teachers should be identified anew.According to the current situation of our college students' English teaching,teachers are expected to transcend its traditional role and play various roles:guide,oraganizer,assessor,supervizor and psychological coordinator etc.University and teachers should offer more conditions which can develop students' faculty in autonomous learning to students. |
