| Abstract: | It is eciential the counsellor manages effect in working in colleges or universities student. It＇s an important subject in how to apply arouses, and mobilizes counsellor＇s enthusiasm facing the current school manages. The main points of the article go deep into analysis on the current situation of counsellor groups, and bring forward several principles of incentive mechanism which showd be paid attention to in managing application in counselor. |
