| Abstract: | Against the background of great social reform, magnificent changes have taken place with the ethnic higher education in this country. It is argued in the article that ethinc universities and colleges should regard both the ethnic areas and the needs of ethnic economy as the starting point, so as to take the road of ethnic characteristics to develop modern edeucation. |
