| 摘 要： | 在全球化背景下,国际贸易新规则使得产业政策发挥作用的空间日益缩小,跨国公司对产业链条的垄断已经形成。由于农业供求的特殊性,农业产业政策的强化尤为必要。文章以我国的大豆产业为例,分析了发展中国家如何通过政策调节在适应全球化进程与保障本国利益之间取得平衡,提出以下策略:政府通过制订相关的产业发展政策、贸易鼓励政策提高我国大豆的国际竞争力;从优化补贴政策入手,为本土粮油加工企业参与国际竞争提供优良的平台;积极争取大豆的国际定价权,为我国大豆产业的未来稳定发展奠定坚实基础。
