| 摘 要： | 文化是影响国家外交的重要因素之一,从文化角度理解一国对外关系已成为一个重要的研究视角。中国有着源远流长、底蕴深厚的传统文化,和是中国传统文化的精髓,以和为贵、和而不同、天人合一是其深刻内涵的三个重要层面。和作为中华文化的人文精神及价值理想,对当代中国外交的指导原则、发展道路和战略目标产生了潜移默化的深刻影响。
