| 摘 要： | 长三角地区区位条件优越、自然禀赋优良、经济基础雄厚、城镇体系完整、科教文化发达,具有在更高起点基础上加快发展的独特优势。面对国家的期待和历史性的机遇,针对区域教育发展的共同难题,长三角两省一市应携手共进,努力发挥区域优势和有利条件,从思路、功能、目标和任务等方面,率先探索区域教育协作改革发展新战略,增强区域竞争力,继续引领带动全国教育发展,从全局高度联手实施区域教育综合改革,共建"长三角教育综合改革试验区"。这是长三角地区率先改革发展取得新突破的重大战略选择。

| Abstract: | The Yangtze River delta region has advantageous location, excellent natural endowments,strong economic basis and good education basis. The cities in the Yangtze River delta region should jointly address the common challenge of regional educational development. The cities should explore new strategies to promote the development of regional education,enhancing regional competitiveness and drive the development of national education. |
