| 摘 要： | 农村文化建设的难点不仅在于公共文化服务体系的不足。事实上，公共文化服务体系建设主要针对的是农村基础文化设施的匮乏，但除此之外，农村文化的发展在其他方面也面临着诸多难题。农村文化建设是一项长期而艰巨的任务，需要政府和民间社会的共同努力。

| Abstract: | The difficulty in the rural cultural construction is not only the lack of public cultural services. In fact, the construction of public cultural services mainly aims at the scarcity of rural cultural facilities, but there are other serious problems in the development of rural culture. It will be a longtime arduous task demanding joint efforts from government and civil organizations. |
