| 摘 要： | 继续社会化是大学生成为合格的社会成员、胜任多种社会角色的关键。本文从大学生步入社会后产生的种种矛盾与不适应出发 ,阐述了继续社会化对促进大学生发展的重要作用 ,进而探讨了大学生继续社会化的手段与方法。
