| 摘 要： | 校园文化对学生思想教育有着直接的、深刻的、持久的影响.有许多强化隐性教育的措施和手段都包含在创建优美文明的校园环境这个大范畴中.文章分析了隐性教育的特点及校园文化的隐性教育功能,最后提出了加强校园文化建设的几个途径.

| Abstract: | Campus culture has an immediate, deep-going and sustained effect on the ideology students. Many means of strengthening the implicit education have been included the category of constructing grace campus environments. The paper analyzes the traits of the implicit education and the influence of campus culture on the implicit education, and finally suggests some ways to strengthen the establishment of campus culture. |
