| 摘 要： | 高校院（系）办公室在协助院（系）领导办理专门事项、处理日常教学及科研等工作中具有举足轻重的作用，是高校管理系统的一个有机组成部分。随着高校改革发展的不断深入，办公室管理工作在内容和方法上都发生了很大变化。为了适应高等教育的快速发展，文章在总结新时期、新形势下办公室工作特点的基础上，探讨了办公室更新思想理念，提高服务意识，创新工作方法，提高管理水平的途径。 |
