魏文侯及其用人之道

摘    要:本文立足于史实,着眼于现实,研究了魏文侯的用人之道。文章认为,魏文侯宽厚端严,闻过则喜的优良品质,任人所长,重用不疑的用人方法以及宏观控制、微观松缰的用人艺术,可为今天的各级领导者纯洁思想,端正作风提供借鉴。

Abstract:Based on the historical facts and seen from the angle of the present reality, this paper has studied WEI Wen-hou's way of making use of personnel. It states that WEI Wen-hou was tolerant and generous, and was always glad to have his errors pointed out. In making use of personnel, when he chose a person for a job, he would let the person give full play to his talents rather than have any slightest doubt of him, and he combined macro-control with micro-l axation. It is suggested in the paper that present-day leaders of all levels can draw lessons from this so as to purify their minds and straighten out their wor king styles.
