| 摘 要： | 本文从分析我国专业外贸企业困境和机遇、劣势和优势入手,提出专业外贸企业实施供应链管理战略的必要性和符合其转变经营模式的供应链管理战略模型,进一步提出了打造专业外贸企业精益敏捷供应链的具体对策,并就专业外贸企业的供应链管理战略的实施过程、信息化、内部管理和供应链管理战略的持续改进等方面提出相应的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the strengths and weaknesses as well as the opportunities and threats faced by the specialized trading companies, this paper pointes out that it is necessary for the specialized trading companies to apply Supply Chain Management (SCM) strategy and puts forward a SCM structure model which meets the changes of operational mode in specialized trading companies. Then the specific countermeasures are rendered for specialized trading companies to establish Leagile Supply Chain and the suggestions are provided on the execution, informationization, internal management and continuous improvement of SCM strategy in specialized trading companies. |
