| 摘 要： | 德国历史法学派是西方法学流派中的一支重要力量,其思想主张在整个19世纪占据了德国法学研究的主导地位,引领了世界法学发展的潮流,并对以后的法律思想的发展产生了深远影响。以德国历史法学派的源起作为切入点,总结该学派的基本观点并分析其主要贡献和弊端,为我国法治现代化建设提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | German Historical School of Law(historische rechtsschule) is one of the significant powers in western schools of law.Its views play a key role in the law study in Germany,lead the trend of world law development,and exert a profound influence on the later development of law thought.Beginning with the origin of this school,this study then summarized its basic viewpoints and its contributions and drawbacks.The result provides reference for China's law modernization. |
