| 摘 要： | 以党的十六大精神为指导,探讨了在新的历史时期我国教育观念的创新与发展,阐述了新阶段高校教师必须坚持党的基本路线,切实转变教育观念,提高教育质量,为实现全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标作出贡献为基本内涵,并从思想观念、改革观念、创新观念、人才观念、服务现念5个方面进行了分析和研计。
