| 摘 要： | 多元智能理论是国际先进的教育理论,它体现了高职教育在本质、培养目标、公平性和学生全面发展等方面的要求.目前,我国高等职业教育进入了量的扩张向质的提升的发展阶段,既取得了成就,也存在一些不足.与经济社会高速发展相适应,现代高职教育必须具备多方面的特征.运用多元智能理论,高职教育必须在观念、人才培养模式、教师队伍、德育、评价体系等方面予以创新.
