| 摘 要： | 把心理剧应用到大学生心理健康教育课中,通过大学生自编、自演心理剧以及演出后对自己或他人的行为进行反思,不仅能使他们发现自身存在的心理问题,引起情绪体验和行为反应,而且能够改变他们的认知,并提高他们的社会技能。
