中国朝鲜族农村人口流动及其新农村建设模式——以黑龙江省朝鲜族村镇为中心

通过对黑龙江省朝鲜族村镇的调查发现，中国朝鲜族农村人口流动带来了朝鲜族农村产业结构和村庄模式的变化，出现了农村城市化型、旅游型、农业机械化型、政府支持与劳务收入相结合现代化型和民俗、生态、城市相结合型等。同时，农村朝鲜族流动人口也引起了一些社会问题。因而，需要采取依托城市建设朝鲜族集中区；坚持因地制宜、抓住重点、发挥优势建设现代化的农村；发挥好政府的主导作用；政府加大对劳务收入少、产值低的村庄的扶持等中国朝鲜族新农村建设模式的策略。

The Mass Migration Movement of Korean Ethnic Group in China v. s Modes of Constructing New Rural Areas——Centered on Korean ethnic communities in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province

A research into Korean ethnic communities in rural areas in Heilongjiang Province of China shows that the mass migration movement of Korean ethnic group in rural areas has brought about changes of industrial structures and village types. Urbanized villages, tourism-oriented villages, agriculture-mechanized villages, villages with government support and labor service income as well as villages of customs＋ecological environment＋urbanization are keeping growing. Meanwhile, the movement also arouses some social problems. Measures to encourage the changes and solve the problems at the same time include： to construct Korean ethnic communities supported by urban facilities; to build modernized rural areas with full play of local conditions; to strengthen the guiding role of governments; to enhance the villages with low labor service income and output.
