关于通货紧缩与货币流通的思考

通货紧缩是我国近年来遇到的一个新的经济问题 ,国家为了解决这个问题先后采取了一系列宽松的宏观调控政策 ,但这些政策实施的效果并不明显。究其原因 ,在于这些政策的传导渠道不畅 ,阻碍了传导媒介———货币的流通 ,从而影响了政策意旨的有效贯彻。只有疏通货币流通渠道 ,加快货币流通速度 ,才能有效地治理通货紧缩 ,启动新一轮经济

Upon the Deflation and the Currency Circulation

In recent years we meet a new economic problem which is deflation. In order to resolve it we have adopted a series of loosing macro policy,but so far we have got no effect. In this article this problem was analyzed and the reason was found that the currency circulation channel is blocked. And banks,enterprises and individual person are responsible for this problem. So we need to dredge the channel of currency circulation and accelerate the speed of currency circulation. Thus we can control the deflation and promote economic prosperity at last.
