| 摘 要： | 知识经济已悄然而至 ,知识经济需要创造性人才 ,创造性人才培养靠教育。高等教育对大学生创新能力的培养 ,首先要明确当前大学生创新能力的特点 ,重视大学生创新能力发展的学校制约因素 ,注重学生创新认知能力和创新情感的培养。

| Abstract: | The times of intellectual economy has arrived silently.The intellectual economy needs innovatory talents who,in turn,raise education.If it cultivates innovatory talents,the higher education firstly knows the characters of students' innovatory ability,pays attention to limited factors of schools in the development of students' innovatory ability and emphasizes cultivating students' ability of innovatory cognition and innovatory feelings. |
