| 摘 要： | 模糊法学理论是为法治实践而生,其所含的技术性特质赋予其实践的秉性。模糊法学理论不仅是一种学说,更是一套可供操作、实践的技术,能广泛应用于立法与司法审判实践。模糊语言变量在立法中的适用,增加了法律的灵性与韧性;模糊推理在司法审判中的运用则使判决更趋于精确。

| Abstract: | The theories of Fuzzy Laws is produced for the legal practice,it contains the technical characteristics that given it practical and flexible learning.The theories of Fuzzy Laws is not just a theory for law,it is also a set of available operations,the practice of technology can be widely used in legislation and judicial practice.Fuzzy language variables in the application of legislation to increase the spiritual and the toughness of the law;and the fuzzy inferencing applied in judicial decisions can make the adjudication become more and more accurate. |
