随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的建立和高等教育改革的不断深入,沉没多年的高校传统学术管理又开始凸显于高校内部管理之中,但其效果并不理想。要提高高校教学管理规范化、科学化水平必须加强教学学术管理水平,营造一重良好的学术氛围。

Thanks to the founding of the system of the socialist market economy in China and the forever deepening of the reform in higher education,the traditional academic management in institutions of higher learning,though been hidden for many years,has begun to play an increasingly important role in the internal management of institutions of higher learning,but it has not gained the ideal effects.Hence the level of academic management must be strengthened to improve the standardized and scientific level of the teaching management of in stitutions of higher learning so that a well academic environment can be created.
