| 摘 要： | 实施战略规划是高等教育事业发展的必然要求，对战略规划进行评价和监测是保证高等教育事业实现战略发展的必须途径。对高等教育事业战略规划的重要性、高等教育事业战略规划的评价要素、高等教育事业战略规划评价内容、高等教育事业战略规划评价指标体系、高等教育事业战略规划监测等问题的研究成果进行系统总结，并展望进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | Having strategic planning is an inevitable requirement of the development of higher educa-tion career,and the evaluation and monitoring of strategic planning is the approach to ensure the de-velopment of higher education career. The research findings of the importance,evaluation indexes,e-valuation contents,evaluation indexes system and monitoring of the strategic planning of higher educa-tion career were summarized. Further research trend was expected. |
