摘    要:以执政党党内关系理论和社会主义国家的公共行政理论为依据,对四川省 P 县乡镇干部关系进行调研,分析我国乡镇干部上下级关系的现状,探讨重塑我国乡镇干部上下级关系的路径,以实现我国基层行政单位内部和谐发展。

Research on Superior-Subordinate Relationship Between Township Cadres:Taking County P of Sichuan as an Example
Abstract:As China’s most grassroots administrative units:the township level,the superior-subordi-nate relationship between the township cadres is particularly subtle and the fact that whether the rela-tionship be handled well or not relates to people’s livelihood directly.In this study,the relationship between the township administrative ethics of County P in Sichuan Province was researched based on the theories of inter-relationship within governing party and theories of public administration of social-ist country.The current situation on the superior-subordinate relationship between our township cadres was explored and the ways to reshape superior-subordinate relationship between our township cadres were discussed in order to achieve the harmonious development of the internal units of primary admin-istrative in our country.
