| 摘 要： | 由于资源型企业自身的特点和科技创新的风险性，重庆很多资源型企业特别是小规模企业仍然存在着研发经费投入少、科技人员缺乏、生产技术落后等问题，阻碍着企业的转型和壮大，同时也造成资源开发利用方式粗放、生态环境破坏严重、地质灾害隐患突出等问题。以重庆的资源型企业为例，对企业科技创新绩效进行评价，发现重庆资源型企业科技创新绩效较差，需进一步提高科技创新能力。

Analysis of Resource-Based Enterprise Technological Innovation Efficiency Based on DEA Method:A Case of Chongqing |

| Abstract: | Due to the characteristics of resource-based enterprise and the risks of technological inno-vation,many resource-based enterprises,especially the small scale ones in Chongqing,still have some problems,such as less investment of R&D,lack of technological personnel and backward in skill,which hinder the transformation and growth of enterprises.Meanwhile,these problems cause many troubles such as extensive using of resource,serious eco-environment destruction,and geolog-ical disaster hazard and so on.The analysis shows that the technological innovation efficiencies of re-source-based enterprises are poor in Chongqing and the abilities of technological Innovation need to be improved. |
