文章以平衡计分卡的基础架构建立逆向物流企业的绩效评估模式的战略基础;基于因子分析法建立了客观性的关键绩效指标选择机制;用网络分析法（ANP）建立了平衡计分卡的关键绩效评估指标的权重确认机制,以整合各评估构面的信息,从而构建了完整的逆向物流企业绩效评估模型;以案例说明该模型可作为逆向物流企业的运营战略决策和调整的参考依据。

Performance Evaluation of Reverse Logistics Enterprises Based on Balanced Scorecard

Evaluation of reverse logistics enterprises must consider many aspects, This paper regards the balanced scorecard as the initial structure to state reverse logistics enterprise＇s strategy for arriving at consistency and objectivity, applying the factor analysis method to select the key performance indexes and applying the ANP method to determine the relative weights of KPIs. A case study is provided to demonstrate the usage of this model. This research can supply enterprise with reference and guidance in designing and planning the whole reverse logistics system.
