| 摘 要： | 对当代“80后”大学生进行生命教育以提高其生命质量是十分必要的。目前,对于大学生生命教育的规律研究还很少。大．学生生命教育应遵循以下五条规律：以科学的指导思想为灵魂;坚持认知、体验与实践相结合等四大原则;“以人为本”的教育理念作为生命教育的主题;要理论联系实际;以树立正确的生死观为归宿。
