| 摘 要： | 文章运用SWOTS分析来构建党的反腐倡廉建设模型，在分别从优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等角度进行分析的基础上，提出了信息化时代加强党的反腐倡廉建设的对策：一是推进反腐倡廉建设理论创新，为领导干部的廉政建设提供科学的理论指导；二是加强网络反腐立法，建立健全网络反腐制度；三是加强网民的网络道德素质教育，提高网民的综合素质；四是正确引导网络舆论，营造反腐倡廉建设的良好舆论环境；五是加强网络反腐信息调控，确保网络信息的真实可靠性。

| Abstract: | Through SWOTS analysis, this paper tries to construct a new model of the anti-corruption construc- tion of the CCP from the perspective of advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats. Based on the analy- sis, this paper puts forward measures to strengthen the Party＇s anti-corruption construction in the information era, including the theoretical innovation of the promotion of anti-corruption to provide the scientific theoretical guidance for leading cadres to build a clean government, the legislation of network anti-corruption to establish a sound anti- corruption network system, the enforcement of the ｜ntemet users＇ moral education to improve their comprehensive quality, the right guidance of the public opinions on the network to create a sound public opinion environment of the anti-corruption construction, and the strengthening of the information control of the network anti-corruption to ensure the authenticity of the network information. |
